Step 1: Visit an RTA Smart Kiosk
The first step is to locate one of the RTA smart kiosks. These kiosks are available at various locations across Dubai, including near key spots like the Dubai International Airport, RTA Customer Happiness Centers, and other public areas.

Step 2: Select the Language and Service
Once you're at the kiosk, choose the language you prefer, such as English. Then, from the available options, select the “Renew Driving License” service.

Step 3: Enter License Information
You'll need to provide details such as your driving license number, date of birth, and traffic code. Once you have entered the necessary information, hit the "Search" button. The system will retrieve your license information.

Step 4: Review Fees
The system will display the total amount you need to pay. For example, if you’ve delayed your renewal, a late fee might be added. In the video, the total cost was AED 390, including a small late fee of AED 7.

Step 5: Make a Payment
The kiosk allows multiple payment options, including cash, credit card, and even payment via smartphones using NFC technology. The user in the video chose to pay in cash. Insert the required amount into the machine when prompted.

Step 6: Wait for Processing
Once the payment is processed, the machine will start generating your renewed driving license. This typically takes around 80 to 90 seconds, as shown in the video.

Step 7: Collect Your New License
When the process is complete, your new driving license will be dispensed from the machine. The whole process should take only a few minutes, making it a convenient way to renew your license without having to visit an RTA office.
